Piloting of the model and the accreditation methodology Stage 1

Aims

  • To test both the model and the methodology within a specific sector and in one member state
  • To evaluate their success
  • To refine both in the light of the evaluation

WP Tasks

  • Recruitment of 10 Engineering SMEs
  • Familiarisation sessions with end-users
  • Identification of informal (unplanned) learning activities taking place in normal business activities within the enterprises in accordance with the model developed in Work package Three and recording of the learning in an electronic portfolio
  • Promotion of this learning within the enterprises e.g. through the use of Case Studies
  • Accreditation of this learning according to the methodology developed in Work package Four
  • Evaluation of the model and methodology
  • Refinement of both the model and methodology
