Development of the transferable model for informal learning in the workplace

Aims

  • To ensure through desk research that any proposed developments in this work package are in line with current EU research
  • To identify the types of informal learning (that is, unplanned learning) taking place in workplace situations by research, in actual SMEs and associated organisations,
  • To develop a transferable model for identification of informal learning in workplace situations which could operate across Member States and across sectors
  • To make that learning more visible to employers and employees and valued by them – a learning organisation
  • To record the evidence in an electronic portfolio
